Insurancewise attended the FSCA Enforcement Roadshow yesterday (4th August 2026).

The FSCA drew our attention to their four current Compliance Enforcement Focus Areas. 

It is our view the most important of the four Focus Areas for dealerships is the focus on the misuse of clients' CONFIDENTIAL Information (as per FAIS) as well as clients' POPI(A) protected Personal Information and Data (as per POPI(A)).
