ABOUT INSURANCEWISE

 Insurancewise specialises in providing FAIS compliance services to independent motor dealerships across South Africa.

The business was first established as a sole proprietorship and licensed with the then Financial Services Board (the FSB) on 31 July 2004. The business was known simply as FSP 7629.

FSP 7629 expanded rapidly, and the decision was made to incorporate the business. It was registered with the Companies and Intellectual Property Commission (CIPC) as a private company with the name Insurancewise Complaints Resolution Systems and Services (Pty) Ltd. The Company was authorised and licensed by the FSB on 13 February 2008 as FSP 32023.

Insurancewise is a privately owned and fully independent company.

Insurancewise is regarded as a solid company and has an excellent reputation in the market. It is fully compliant with FAIS and has never failed an FSB or a Financial Sector Conduct Authority (the FSCA) inspection. Our clients are loyal and place their trust in our abilities. All our staff have extensive experience in our chosen market and meet all the FAIS-prescribed Fit and Proper requirements for competence, honesty and integrity, experience, operational ability, industry experience and regulatory examinations (RE1 and/or RE5).
